Mitch Edwards
Mitch is an enrolled Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Thirteen-plus years across energy, media, and FinTech. Most recently, he was COO and General Counsel at a London-based FinTech, where he scaled the business from nineteen to one hundred-plus employees through multiple funding rounds.
His track record covers operational infrastructure for hyper-growth SaaS, commercial contracting for a regulated financial services product, sales operations through multiple reorgs, and the reporting cadence investors actually trust.
The work has always cut across three lanes: commercial, operations, and legal. Contract frameworks. KPI cadence. Sales-to-delivery alignment. Governance documentation.
