What working with us in London looks like

Yes. The Edwards Practice is headquartered in London (SW11). We also work across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, remotely with periodic on-site weeks.
How often will you be on-site in London?
Standard engagement is 1 to 3 days a week. For London-based clients, that's usually at your office. For remote clients, we visit for 1–2 days per month and run the rest remotely.
How much does a London fractional COO cost?
£1,250 a day, on retainers of 4, 8 or 12 days a month (£5,000, £10,000 or £15,000 a month), with a 3-month minimum. That is a fraction of the £140K+ a full-time London COO would cost.

What if I'm based outside London?
We work across the UK. Outside London, engagements run mostly remote with 1–2 on-site days a month. The retainer cost is the same, and the deliverables are identical.
